When the login fails: the five causes that cover almost everything

Wrong password, right number. The most common cause and the least interesting. Use Forgot password, get the reset code on your registered number, and set a new one. If the reset code never arrives, check that your phone is not filtering unknown-sender SMS, several Indian handsets file transactional SMS into a separate tab by default.

Wrong number, right password. People register on a second SIM and forget. Try the other number before you assume the account is gone.

The page never loads at all. If the lobby times out on mobile data but works on Wi-Fi (or the reverse), that is a network-level block at your ISP, not an account problem. Switching connections, or setting your phone's DNS to a public resolver, tells the two apart. A site that loads fine elsewhere is not "down".

A genuine account restriction. Rare, and it looks different: you log in successfully and then hit a message when you try to withdraw or play, rather than being bounced at the sign-in form. That is a support conversation, and you will need the registered number and any transaction reference to hand.

What you see once you are inside

The lobby is a single scrolling screen built for a thumb: wallet balance and deposit button at the top, a banner strip for the live promotion under it, then category tabs filtering the game grid, short prediction rounds, number-draw games, slots and live dealer tables, with the exact line-up rotating.
